- Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements and provide tailored curriculum.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or related field.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, behavioral sciences, and psychology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
