Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex business processes using Appian BPM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
- Develop technical documentation for developed solutions and provide training to end-users on new features and functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to process automation workflows, data integration, and system performance.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Appian Process Automation (BPM).
- Solid understanding of architecture principles, development life cycle, testing methodologies, deployment strategies, maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in developing custom applications using Appian BPM tools such as Workflow Engine, Decision Strategy Manager etc.
