Role & responsibilities:
- Continuous review & verification of loan file based on the set criteria - to conduct for 100% booked files.
- Verify loan application, KYC documents, credit reports, property papers and approvals for accuracy and completeness.
- Check adherence to underwriting guidelines and risk assessment policies.
- Co-ordination with IT team to ensure the error gets incorporated in the system along with branch teams.
- Tracking and monitoring of PDD.
- Ensuring all processing activities are in compliance with RBI, NHB and other applicable housing finance regulations.
- Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Candidate must be Graduate.
- Should have experience in concurrent Audit, NHB, RBI Compliance management and other regulations.
- Must be from Banking or NBFC background.
- Exposure on Housing Finance will be added advantage.
