Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Operation Manager role based in Prayagraj. The Sales and Operation Manager will oversee daily sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and ensure operational processes run efficiently. Responsibilities include managing workflow, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing resources to meet business targets. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective customer service and communication, addressing client concerns, and improving service delivery.
