Roles and Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for IT services and consulting projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure contractual requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to develop effective contract strategies and proposals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, or management in an IT services or consulting firm.
- Solid understanding of legal documentation practices and procedures related to contracting.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting clear, concise agreements that meet client needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions through effective collaboration.
