ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a smart, honest, confident, responsible, and highly communicative HR Executive
.

The primary focus of this role will be
recruitment and talent acquisition
.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, following up with, and successfully onboarding suitable candidates across different departments.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, strong in follow-ups, disciplined, target-oriented, and passionate about
building strong and reliable teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

end-to-end recruitment
- Understand hiring requirements from management and department heads
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, Apna, ref
