Key Responsibilities

● Account Strategy & Engagement: Maintain a regular cadence of strategic

check-ins (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews) to align product usage with the client’s business goals.

● Onboarding & Training: Manage the end-to-end user onboarding lifecycle. Conduct product training sessions to ensure smooth implementation and immediate

time-to-value for current and existing client teams.





● Voice of the Customer (VoC): Act as the internal champion for the client. Document capability gaps, formulate interim workarounds, and translate client needs into structured feature requests for the Product team.

● Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor the progress of client-requested features through the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and keep clients proactively updated on roadmaps, beta programs, and progressive rollouts.

● Account Health & Renewals: Monitor product usage metrics to identify churn risks early, handle data-principal rights requests, and collaborate with Sales to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
