Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce
Field Service Lightning (FSL)
solutions.
- Work on FSL components including
Service Appointments, Work Orders, Service Resources, Service Territories, Skills, Scheduling, and Dispatcher Console
.
- Develop custom solutions using
Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and asynchronous Apex
.
- Integrate Salesforce FSL with external systems using APIs and integration tools.
- Work with
Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
as required.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants,



and other development teams.
- Follow Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, governor limits, and deployment.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of overall Salesforce experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce FSL experience
- Strong experience in
Salesforce Field Service Lightning
- Good knowledge of
Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with
Apex and LWC
- Knowledge of
Experience Cloud
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
