Role Objective

The CEO will lead the company’s growth, profitability and evolution from a gym business into a diversified fitness and wellness ecosystem. The role includes strengthening clubs and franchising while building new revenue streams across corporate wellness, events, education, licensing, partnerships, technology and new fitness formats. Should have experience in running offline, brick & mortar brand .

Key Responsibilities
- Own overall P&L;, revenue, EBITDA, cash flow,



annual budgets and business performance.
- Drive profitable expansion of company-owned clubs, franchises, studios and new formats.
- Improve club-level unit economics, membership acquisition, renewals, retention and ancillary revenue.
- Build and scale current verticals including corporate wellness, fitness events, education, nutrition, sports performance and digital fitness.
- Develop Events as a profitable standalone business through sponsorships, ticketing, participation and partnerships.
- Build recurring B2B corporate wellness contracts with corporates, HR teams, insurers and employee-benefit platforms.
- Create asset-light licensing, management and revenue-share models for residential projects, hotels, campuses, schools, sports clubs and wellness destinations.
- Strengthen sales, marketing, CRM, lead conversion, cross-selling and member lifetime value.
- Establish consistent SOPs, service standards, safety
