We are a German high-tech startup building an NDT platform and are looking for a reliable NDT RT Level II Inspector to join our India-based team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Review digitized radiographic films for weld inspection and wall thickness evaluation
- Identify and classify weld defects such as porosity, cracks, slag inclusion, lack of fusion, lack of penetration, undercut, and burn-through
- Support annotation and labeling of RT film data/images according to company standards
- Help define and improve internal annotation guidelines for weld defects and wall thickness evaluation
- Prepare clear inspection notes and documentation in English
- Follow German/EU quality, documentation, and review standards
- Over time, help train and lead a small team of annotators or inspection reviewers

Required Skills
- Valid RT Level II certification as per ASNT SNT-TC-1A or EN ISO 9712
- Experience with radiographic film interpretation
- Strong knowledge of weld inspection and common weld defects




- Experience with wall thickness evaluation from radiographic films
- Ability to read weld maps, fabrication drawings, and inspection documentation
- Understanding of IQI, film density, sensitivity, and radiographic image quality
- Good written and spoken English
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of MT, PT, VT, or UT is a plus

Educational Qualification

ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Welding Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Additional NDT certifications in MT, PT, VT, UT, PAUT, or TOFD are preferred.
