Key responsibilities:
As part of the team, role involves compliance services to the companys international client portfolio. Some responsibilities of the role are included below but this list is not exhaustive:
- Manage a portfolio of Clients, delivering timely service delivery as per the terms agreed towards tax and statutory compliances.
- Ensure a clear understanding of Client requirements and the terms for services to be provided. Enable timely filing of all the tax returns and tax payments.
- Assist with India statutory financials close and audit for the assigned portfolio.
- Keep abreast of developments in Indian and International tax that will impact the Client.
- Supervise tax team ensuring they are committed and motivated to servicing client needs and workload is effectively distributed throughout the team.
- Ensure files/documentation kept on Client’s behalf are maintained to appropriate internal and external legislative requirements.
- Review the circumstances of each Client to identify potential business development opportunities for other services offered by Vistra.
