JOB DESCRIPTION – SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and workforce activities at our Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants, including RO, WTP, STP, ETP, Ultra Filtration, and Organic Waste Management Plants. The Supervisor will ensure smooth plant operations, proper workforce coordination, safety, discipline, and timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Plant Operations – Monitor daily operations of RO, WTP, STP, ETP, Ultra Filtration, and Organic Waste Management Plants.
- Manage Workforce – Coordinate operators, technicians,



and site employees and allocate daily work.
- Monitor Work & Performance – Ensure assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Equipment & Maintenance Monitoring – Monitor plant equipment, machinery, and operating conditions and report issues promptly.
- Safety & Reporting – Ensure safety procedures, attendance, discipline, and daily operational records are properly maintained.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
