Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering may also be considered.
Key Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA/Storefront Reference Architecture) testing.
- Deep understanding of SFCC Business Manager (BM) configurations and administration.
- Expertise in end-to-end eCommerce order lifecycle validation.
- Knowledge of SFCC catalogs, price books, promotions, campaigns, inventory, and customer groups.
- Solid understanding of B2C Commerce architecture and integration touchpoints.
- Experience validating storefront, checkout, and post-purchase customer journeys.
- Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and Smoke Testing.
- Cross-browser and Cross-device testing.
- Responsive Web Testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Accessibility (WCAG)

- Localization and Internationalization testing.
- Test Planning, Test Strategy, Risk Assessment, and Defect Management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios.
- Hands-on experience validating integration between SFCC and OMS, Payment, Tax, and Shipping systems.
Experience
- 7+ years of QA experience with at least 3-5 years in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing.
- Proven experience testing complex eCommerce applications with high transaction volumes.
- Hands-on experience validating SFCC implementations, enhancements, and production releases.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery models and participating in sprint activities.
- Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience leading end-to-end QA efforts for major releases and holiday/business-critical deployments.
