Develop, optimize, and monitor SMT manufacturing processes to improve quality and productivity.
Set up and validate SMT machines, including Printer, Pick & Place, and Reflow Oven.
Analyze process defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Support recent product introduction (NPI), process trials, and production line improvements.
Monitor process parameters, yield, cycle time, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues.
Ensure compliance with ESD, 5S, safety procedures, and maintain process documentation
