, we are looking for confident and result-oriented
Training Counsellors
to support the sales and marketing activities of our professional Autodesk BIM training division.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling Architectural, Civil Engineering students and Construction Industry working professionals, managing enquiries, conducting regular follow-ups and converting suitable prospects into enrolments.

What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in training counselling, admissions, education sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling calls, meetings, presentations and follow-ups
- Ability to understand candidates’ career goals and guide them appropriately
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on admissions and revenue
- Good working knowledge of MS Office,



Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Experience in the education, qualified training or software training industry will be preferred

Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries received through calls, emails, social media, campaigns and walk-ins.
- Understand candidates’ educational backgrounds, experience and career goals.
- Explain the available training programmes, learning outcomes, certification and career opportunities.
- Conduct telephonic, online and face-to-face counselling sessions.
- Follow up consistently with prospective candidates and convert qualified enquiries into enrolments.
- Manage the complete admission process, from the initial enquiry through candidate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, counselling status and admissions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
