Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Mining Engineer with robust field knowledge in Drill & Blast operations to support mining software implementation, blast optimization, technical client engagement, and mining research initiatives.

The selected candidate will work closely with mine site teams and our technical division to improve drill and blast operations using advanced digital mining solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support drill and blast operations at client mining sites.
- Prepare and optimize blast designs for open cast mining operations.
- Coordinate with site teams to improve drilling and blasting performance.
- Collect and analyze site data for fragmentation analysis, blast performance review, and optimization.
- Support mining software implementation and assist clients in adoptin
