- Identify and approach colleges, educational institutions, and training centres for collaboration.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with College Management, Placement Officers, HODs, and Faculty Members.
- Present and promote the company's Internship Programs and Opportunities to colleges and students.
- Develop institutional partnerships and facilitate the signing of MoUs.
- Conduct internship awareness sessions, campus visits, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Generate leads and opportunities through college networks and institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and internship execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with colleges and institutional partners.
- Achieve monthly targets related to college partnerships, MoUs, internship promotions, and student engagement.




- Prepare and submit regular reports on meetings, partnerships, leads, and marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Institutional Partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with college management and academic professionals.
- Experience in B2B or education/institutional marketing will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and visit colleges regularly.
- Target-oriented and capable of building robust professional relationships.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
