Role Overview

We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and service-oriented Hospitality Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a warm, professional, and seamless experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Attend to guest requirements, queries, and requests promptly.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure smooth guest service.
- Assist guests with seating, refreshments, and other hospitality requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards in the assigned area.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain a qualified appearance and positive attitude.
- Support events, meetings, and other hospitality requirements as needed.




- Ensure adherence to company hospitality and service standards.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, front office, guest relations, restaurant service, luxury retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer-service orientation.
- Good grooming and professional presentation.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous while handling multiple guests or requests.
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
