We’re looking for a freelance proofreader to help review and match scanned handwritten letters (PDF) with their corresponding Word file versions.

? Role Summary:

You will receive a scanned handwritten letter (PDF) along with its typed Word version

Your task is to proofread and ensure the Word file accurately matches the content, tone, spelling, and formatting of the handwritten letter

Each letter is approx. 1 to 1.5 A4 pages

? Compensation:

₹750 per batch

1 batch = 25 letters

₹30 per letter

✅ Requirements:

Excellent command of English

Great attention to detail

Ability to catch spelling, grammar, and formatting mismatches

Prior proofreading or copyediting experience is a plus
