We are looking for a Core Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to work closely with business and tech teams.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for requirement elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops, preparing BRD/FRD/SRS, writing user stories with acceptance criteria, doing AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, gap & impact analysis, and managing RTM and UAT support. You will also create use cases, user flows, journey maps, DFD, ER diagrams and wireframes using Figma, Balsamiq, Visio, Lucid chart and Miro.

AI Functional Part:

You will identify AI use-cases, check feasibility,



define requirements for chatbots, RAG and AI assistants, work on prompt engineering and scope AI automation using n8n and API integrations. You will also evaluate AI outputs and define guardrails.

What we are looking for:

Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Secure), backlog grooming, sprint planning, and hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps. Strong communication, workshop facilitation and cross-team coordination skills are a must.
