ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an aggressive, target-oriented, and result-driven Business Development Manager / Executive with solid core experience in the Transport Industry.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring corporate clients, developing transport and fleet business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business opportunities in Transport, Car Rental, Corporate Transportation, and Fleet Services.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business accounts.
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through market visits, references, networking, and direct sales.
- Meet corporate clients, understand their transportation requirements, and propose suitable solutions.




- Generate leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate rates, commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for employee transportation, corporate car rental, event transportation, airport transfers, and fleet services.
- Coordinate with Operations, Billing, and Management teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client database, and regular MIS reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term client retention.
