Position Purpose
- Acquisition of LAGO customer for all branches in the designated customer through cross-sell to existing branch customer as well as open market sourcing

Position Responsibilities

Sales
- Achieving sales targets for assigned branches.
- Ensure minimum productivity for assigned branches.
- Undertake various BTL campaigns to create LAGO awareness in and around branches.
- Ensure in branch visibility for LAGO product using standard marketing collaterals.

Support
- Conduct regular branch level training product/process related to LAGO.
- Undertake BTL campaigns for customer awareness and drive lead generation.
- Co-ordination with support functions to ensure upkeep of required infra for LAGO operations.
- Handhold branch for conducting physical Auction.




- Follow up with branch / customer for delinquent customer.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications

Essential
- Graduate
- 1 to 4 years of experience
- Existing employees from Pvt Banks/NBFC will be preferred.

Threshold Competencies
- Prior experience of working on a sales role in Retail Loans preferably in Gold Loans
- Well versed with local geographical market, property market & small businesses in and around the territory.
- Adequate written & verbal communication and well verse with local language to engage with customer.
