About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Specialist to join our sales team and lead the sales effort. The candidate should have experience in Real Estate Markets, ideally up to 5 years in Sales.

This role will involve leading the sales process, managing the clients, assisting in allocating leads, and providing market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client interactions and conversions.
- Assist in closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
- Provide consultation to clients and potential buyers.
- Conduct site visits, negotiations and closures.
- Guide and monitor junior sales executives.
- Review pipelines and follow-up quality.
- Help improve conversion rates.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback.
- Support recruitment and L&D; of future sales team members.
- Provide market intelligence




- Maintain robust market knowledge regarding Noida, YEIDA, Greater Noida, Greater Noida West, Wave City, Ghaziabad and surrounding NCR Markets.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in real estate sales is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and client-management abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with prospective customers and handling follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and persistent approach to sales.
- Strong learning mindset and willingness to develop new skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems and basic digital tools.

Compensation & Benefits
- From ₹25,000 - 75,000 per month.
