Job Description – Integration Branch Manager

Position: Integration Branch Manager
Department: Poultry Farm Operations
Location: Branch/Farm Location

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the poultry integration branch.
- Supervise farms, field staff, supervisors and contract farmers.
- Monitor mortality, FCR, body weight, feed consumption and production.
- Ensure proper supply and utilization of chicks, feed, medicines and vaccines.
- Conduct regular farm visits and ensure biosecurity and SOP compliance.
- Maintain farmer relationships and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly farm performance reports.
- Control operational costs and improve branch profitability.
- Coordinate with veterinary, feed,



hatchery and management teams.

Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Poultry, Veterinary, Agriculture or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in poultry integration/farm management preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of poultry production and MS Excel.
- Willingness to travel between farms.

Responsible for: Overall branch performance, farmer management, flock productivity and profitability.

Pay: ₹14,539.79 - ₹45,000.00 per month
