Job responsibilities –

Platform monitoring:

• Server monitoring & downtime handling (Opcenter, Dispatcher, Volumes)

• Consistently high system uptime and operational stability through proactive monitoring and incident handling

• Enhanced user experience through PLM application customizations and rapid issue resolution.

Data extract and report generation:

• Data extracts for multiple business requests (Classification, Target Cost, AVOB, Mass & Material)

• Build SQL queries & ITK utilities for data extraction and reporting

• Batch utility development & enhancements (Batch Print, CGM export, scripts)

• BMIDE & AWC configurations (attributes, LOVs, workflows, visibility rules).





• Enabled informed business decision-making through reliable large-scale data extraction and reporting

• Reduced manual operational effort by introducing automation.

Support:

• Post-upgrade support (TC14/AWC, client installations, indexing, cache clearing)

• End-user & production support (tickets, deployments, RCA with Siemens)

• Data upload & cleanup for Items, Item Revisions, and Datasets.

• Accelerated deployment readiness and transition activities during system upgrades.

Go-Live support:

• Delivered a smooth and reliable Go-Live with minimal disruption to business operations.

• Provided proactive support to rapidly stabilize the system and ensure user confidence post-launch.

Reduced post-upgrade application and workflow defects through proactive validation.
