Job Description - Chartered Accountant

Position: Chartered Accountant - Finance & Accounts
Experience: 2-3 years post-qualification
Location: India
Reporting to: Finance Head / Management

Key Responsibilities
- Manage finance and accounting activities of the Indian subsidiary, including monthly closing, reconciliations, financial reporting and MIS.
- Handle/oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA and other statutory compliances in India.
- Provide finance and accounting support to the holding company and other group entities, as required.
- Prepare management reports, MIS, variance analysis and financial information for management review.
- Manage and monitor intercompany transactions and reconciliations between the Indian subsidiary and group entities.
- Support FEMA/RBI, transfer pricing, withholding tax, DTAA and other cross-border transaction requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax advisors, consultants and other external stakeholders.
- Assist with cash-flow management, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Monitor working capital, receivables,



payables and day-to-day banking activities, including reconciliations and payment processes.
- Support internal controls, finance process improvements and improvements to existing accounting processes and systems.
- Assist management with financial analysis and other finance-related projects across the group.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA - India) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Valuable understanding of intercompany transactions and group reporting.
- Exposure to FEMA/FDI, transfer pricing and international transactions will be an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP/accounting software (Preferably, Zoho books) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with group stakeholders.
