Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, motivation, and productivity within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives, focusing on performance management, leadership development, and soft skills.
- Provide guidance on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations, making recommendations for process changes or interventions as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar function.
- Robust understanding of human resource business partnering principles and practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organization.
