Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Operations: Oversee daily work activities and monitor overall project progress.
- Manage Resources: Coordinate labor schedules, material deliveries, and equipment use.
- Handle Communication: Report project updates to managers and resolve issues with contractors.
- Maintain Quality: Check that all work matches blueprints, building codes, and quality standards
- Enforce Safety: Implement health and safety laws and run safety checks to prevent accidents.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Reading Plans: Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Health: Physical stamina to work outdoor field shifts and adapt to changing site schedules.
- Education: High school diploma or a degree in construction management or civil engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in on-site civil construction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
