Job Description

Tanisha Systems is looking for US IT Recruiters / Technical Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the IT recruitment process, and the ability to identify and engage qualified candidates for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable technical profiles.
- Utilize job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to find candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical qualifications.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 6 months to 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Knowledge of US Staffing and IT recruitment processes.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
