Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with robust experience in test automation, web application testing, and modern automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Selenium, Playwright, Java/Python/JavaScript, BDD frameworks, CI/CD tools, and Voice Automation. Experience with Agentforce is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Implement BDD-based automation using Cucumber and Gherkin.
- Execute and maintain automated test suites using Maven.
- Integrate automation suites with Jenkins and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform Voice Automation testing using tools such as Hammer or similar platforms.
- Analyze test results,



identify defects, and track them using Jira.
- Write and execute SQL queries for database validation and backend testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and onshore QA teams to resolve issues.
- Follow QA processes, automation best practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Contribute to improving test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall product quality.
