Role Summary

Own end-to-end daily functioning of your assigned Vatsalyavana centre. You’re the face of the center for parents, staff and kids — ensuring safety, quality care and smooth operations while executing instructions from Head Office.

Centre Timings & Shift
- Centre Operational Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Rotational)
- Your Duty Hours: 8 hours/day with flexible scheduling to cover the full 12-hour window
- Expectation:Rotational shifts, mid-day overlaps or split shifts based on center needs. You ensure the center is always supervised during operational hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations
- Open/close center as per shift, ensure readiness: safety, hygiene, attendance, meal prep
- Monitor child-to-staff ratios, classroom transitions, nap times and play activities
- Handle parent check-ins/outs, queries and daily updates via app/diary
- Implement SOPs and instructions shared by Head Office on curriculum, events, safety
- Team Supervision
- Schedule and supervise teachers, caregivers and support staff for your shift
- Conduct briefings,



ensure staff follows daily plans and child handling guidelines
- Report staff absenteeism, performance issues or training needs to HO
- Quality & Compliance
- Conduct safety checks: CCTV, entry logs, first-aid, fire safety, kitchen hygiene
- Maintain records: attendance, incident reports, inventory, petty cash
- Ensure compliance with head office guidelines and Vatsalyavana standards
- Parent & Admin Coordination
- First point of contact for parent concerns during your shift
- Coordinate with HO for admissions, fee follow-ups, event planning, vendor visits
- Share daily center report with HO

Requirements
- Experience:5-6 years in daycare/preschool/retail/hospitality ops or front-desk roles
- Skills:

-Team handling, multitasking, MS Office/WhatsApp, child-friendly demeanor
- Education:Graduate; NTT/ECE certification preferred
- Traits:Responsible, calm under pressure, valuable communicator, flexible with timings
