Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties across various channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement offline marketing campaigns such as open houses, direct mailings, and in office promotions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted promotional materials and presentations that drive lead generation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ATL/BTL marketing principles and their application in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of developing effective marketing plans and executing successful promotional campaigns.
