Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) with an IT background to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts for IT products and services.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, tech-savvy, and has a basic understanding of IT solutions and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities: WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and Sales Pipeline Management. Upwork or Cold Calling
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms




- Understanding of AI Automation & Voice Agent solutions
- Experience in Lead Generation, Bidding & Client Acquisition
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in IT industry).
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software, cloud solutions, or digital transformation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email marketing tools, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong research and networking abilities.
