Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (Inbound), you’ll manage all incoming leads, qualify prospects, and coordinate with the Business Development team to convert potential clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue by creating a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
1.Manage and respond to inbound client inquiries1
2. Understand client requirements and qualify leads
3. Coordinate meetings with the Business Development team
4. Maintain follow-ups with warm leads
5. Update lead details and communication records in CRM tools

Assist in nurturing and maintaining the sales pipeline
7. Collaborate with the team to improve lead handling processes
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
1-3 Months of experience in lead qualification or IT sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of software services and digital products
Comfortable using CRM tools (Go high level, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude
