Job Summary

Global Operations Manager is responsible for contract SLA, production monitoring, and quality audit completion of all revenue cycle processes performed by international vendors. The Manager oversees the Global Operations Team Leads and collaborates with Global Leadership, vendor leadership, and the Strategic Resource team. The Global Operations Manager will ensure vendors' performance, address any deficiencies and provide appropriate process training.
Responsibilities
- Selects, evaluates, trains and provides leadership and direction to Global QA Team Leads
- Manages and provides direct oversight of the Global Corporate QA Team performing quality assurance reviews.
- Responsible for hiring, assignment of work and cross-training of Global Corporate QA Team.
- Oversight of QA completion for vendor and internal teams.
- Coordinate Global QA Education and training plans with GSSC Global leadership.
- Utilize reporting tools to track and review inventory, productivity and quality performance of internal QA team.




- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the business processes assigned to the Global vendors
- Ensures safe, ergonomic and confidentiality compliant practices are being followed within the work environment
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with the Global SSC leadership teams.
- Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement"
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or related fields. Equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements.
- Minimum five years healthcare management experience with three of these years in the related area for the position.
