Role & responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and project delivery for large-scale and complex developments.
- Manage projects through the complete lifecycle, from concept and schematic design to GFC drawings and construction.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising architects, structural, MEP, landscape and other specialist consultants.
- Review, coordinate and approve architectural drawings, specifications, materials and construction details.
- Ensure design intent, technical standards, quality and project requirements are maintained throughout execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct design reviews, constructability assessments and technical coordination meetings.
- Monitor architectural deliverables, schedules and design progress against project milestones.
- Prepare and review tender drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical documentation.
- Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design quality and functionality.
- Coordinate site inspections,



resolve architectural and technical issues, and provide timely design clarifications.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples and mock-ups.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, NBC, fire and accessibility requirements and relevant statutory regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level architects and design teams.
- Identify design risks and coordinate their resolution in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Support project management teams in achieving quality, cost and schedule objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
- 12+ years of qualified architectural experience, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA), India.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following sectors: Metro Rail / Transportation Inf
