Plant In-Charge – Chemical Manufacturing

Qualification: BE Chemical

Experience: 2+ Years in Chlorination Production

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 (Negotiable)

Shift: Shift Timing

Job Responsibilities

Handle plant operations and achieve production targets.

Ensure desired product quality such as CAC, MCAA, DCAC, TCAA/TCAC.

Manage chlorine and hazardous chemical handling safely.

Monitor temperature, pressure and chlorine dosing rate.

Control over-chlorination and side reactions.

Take quick decisions during reaction upsets and chlorine leakage emergencies.

Maintain batch records and plant log sheets.

Coordinate closely with QC, Maintenance and Safety teams.

Report to the Manager.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of chlorination plant operations.

Practical understanding of Cl₂ handling and chlorination reactions.

Knowledge of CAC/MCAA/DCAC/TCAA production processes.

Strong safety awareness and plant-control skills.

Good coordination and decision-making ability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
