Role Description
The Customer Support Specialist will handle incoming customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a positive experience across Priyajit Systems’ products and platforms. This full time,



on-site role based in Noida includes troubleshooting basic technical issues, documenting cases, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. The specialist will communicate with customers through multiple channels, track customer satisfaction, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve services. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following defined support processes, and contributing to knowledge base documentation.

Qualifications
