, we’re building a modern UX Research studio that helps companies create better products through deep user understanding. We work closely with startups and global enterprises across industries to uncover insights that drive business and product decisions.

We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and collaborative UX Researcher who is excited to solve diverse research challenges and grow with a fast-moving team.

What you’ll do
- Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, field studies, surveys, and other research activities.
- Analyse data and synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Create research reports, presentations, journey maps, personas, and other deliverables.
- Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to define research objectives and recommend product improvements.
- Support research operations, participant recruitment, and knowledge management.
- Stay up to date with emerging research methods, AI tools, and industry trends.

What we’re looking for




- 2–4 years of experience in UX Research, Design Research, or Human-Centered Research.
- Based in
Mumbai or Bangalore.
- Strong understanding of qualitative research methods and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage research projects from planning to insight generation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting setting with multiple clients.

Nice to have
- Experience in
E-commerce
,
Mobility
, or Consumer Tech.
- Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Human Factors,
- or a related field.
- Experience with research repositories, AI-assisted research tools, or quantitative research methods.
