Position: Medical Representative (MR)
Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities
- Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and key customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned for the territory.
- Conduct regular doctor and chemist visits as per the daily call plan.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and other sales reports on time.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance.
- Ensure product availability and coordinate with distributors/stockists when required.
- Participate in company meetings, training programs, and promotional activities.
- Maintain proper records of doctor visits, prescriptions, orders, and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline; D.Pharm/B.Sc./B.Com candidates can be preferred depending on company requirements.
- Fresher or relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with doctors and chemists.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
