Delta Valuers & Appraisers LLP is hiring Field Analysts to support the Land & Building valuation team. The Field Analyst is the ground-level engine of our valuation operations — responsible for site visits, measurement, photography, data collection, and preliminary report drafting. The role is well-suited to fresh or early-career civil engineering graduates who are looking to build a career in real estate valuation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Conduct site visits for residential, commercial, and industrial properties as assigned
● Collect property measurements, photographs, and all relevant physical data during inspection
● Verify property details against title documents, approved plans, and encumbrance records
● Gather market comparable data — recent transactions, listings, and registration data from local SRO
● Prepare draft valuation reports for review by the supervising Manager or Technical Manager
● Maintain accurate site visit logs,
photographs, and inspection checklists
● Follow TAT and dispatch schedules without exception
● Coordinate with MIS Coordinators and Report Analysts for report preparation and submission
● Adhere to bank-specific inspection checklists and data requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
● Graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience
● 0–3 years of experience; freshers from reputed institutes welcome
● Basic understanding of construction, property measurement, and site inspection
● Good observation skills, attention to detail, and physical fitness for field work
● Proficiency in MS Office; ability to capture and organise photographs systematically
● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
● Positive written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
