Role & responsibilities
- Oversee complete product lifecycle from development through launch, monetization, and customer feedback
- Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor partnerships; optimize vendor performance and SLAs
- Monitor product performance, KPIs, and operational metrics using Excel dashboards
- Develop and execute pricing strategies and payment processing workflows
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings
- Generate creative ideas to improve product value and market competitiveness
- Collaborate across product, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams

Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years in product management, operations, or business development
- Hands-on vendor management experience with proven negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Excel for reporting and data organization
- Ability to manage end-to-end projects independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort managing ambiguity and driving innovation
