Customer Success Executive
, you will be one of the key points of contact for our customers. You will interact with customers, understand their queries and concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure they have a positive experience with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls,



messages, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide explicit and appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers whenever required to ensure their concerns are resolved.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication style.
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication and support.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain basic records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Represent Young Edsplorer Pvt. Ltd. professionally in every customer interaction.
