Position Title: Purchase Manager (KGISL SEZ, Sarvanampatti)

Qualification: BE-Civil, Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in Construction field or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Strategy Planning: Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain solid working relationships. Ensure that suppliers meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Purchasing Order Management: Review purchase requisitions, prepare and issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of ordered items. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Cost Control Budgeting: Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities to reduce spending while maintaining quality.



Work within budget limits and suggest improvements for cost-saving initiatives.
- Inventory Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock management and distribution. Track inventory levels and reorder supplies when necessary.
- Vendor Performance Compliance: Evaluate vendor performance regularly based on delivery times, product quality, and pricing. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and environmental standards.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new suppliers. Identify and evaluate new opportunities to improve the purchasing process and reduce costs.
- Reporting Documentation: Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and inventory levels to senior management. Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions.
