About the Role

Careernet is looking for a Startup/Product Recruiter to join our high-growth recruitment team. The role involves working closely with startups and product-based companies and hiring top technology talent across various domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for startup and product companies.
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles.
- Source, screen, and engage top tech talent through Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Manage candidate experience and stakeholder relationships.
- Stay updated on technology, startup and hiring market trends.
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What Were Looking For
- 15 years of recruitment experience, preferably in startup/product hiring.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving ability with good IQ & EQ.
- Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
- Candidates with client handling/stakeholder management experience will be preferred.
