Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and manage multiple Quality Assurance teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in manual and automation testing, excellent team management skills, and experience overseeing QA activities across multiple projects or teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor multiple QA teams across different projects.
- Define and implement QA strategies, processes, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee both manual and automation testing activities.
- Review and improve existing testing processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
- Plan and manage test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution activities.
- Ensure adequate test coverage across functional, regression, integration, system, and other relevant testing areas.
- Drive automation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve automation coverage.
- Monitor QA team performance, testing progress, defects, and project quality metrics.
- Coordinate with Development,



Product, Project Management, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify project risks, quality issues, and potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Establish and track QA KPIs and prepare regular quality reports for management.
- Conduct regular reviews of testing processes, deliverables, and team performance.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and skill development of QA professionals.
- Ensure adherence to defined QA processes, standards, and documentation requirements.
- Stay updated with emerging testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance/Testing, with significant experience in a QA leadership or management role.
- Strong hands-on and managerial experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
