Position: Accounts Assistant Cum Telecaller

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on enquiries, leads, payments, and outstanding dues.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide basic information about products/services.
- Maintain customer and call records in MS Excel.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports using Excel.
- Perform basic accounting entries and maintain records in Tally.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses in Tally.
- Assist with invoice preparation and verification.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of accounts and customer transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams.
Required Skills
- Good communication and telephone etiquette.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel — data entry, sorting, filtering, formulas, and reports.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good numerical and data-entry skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with Tally + Excel knowledge are preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
