About the Role

We are looking for someone who can manage more than just purchasing—someone who can take ownership of the complete material flow:

Project Requirement → Material Planning → Vendor Sourcing → Negotiation → PO → Dispatch → Logistics → Site Delivery → Closure

The role requires a robust combination of
strategic procurement, vendor management, material planning, logistics coordination and supply-chain execution
to ensure the right material reaches the right site, at the right time and at the right cost.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement
- Manage centralized procurement for multiple projects and locations across India.
- Plan and execute procurement based on project requirements, BOQs, timelines and material schedules.
- Source materials,



equipment and services from reliable vendors.
- Identify and evaluate new vendors and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, commercial terms, credit periods and delivery schedules.
- Compare quotations and prepare commercial comparison statements for approvals.
- Raise and monitor Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Track procurement from enquiry to order placement and final delivery.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with project budgets and approved specifications.
- Develop alternate sources for critical materials to reduce supply risk.

Logistics & Supply Chain
- Coordinate end-to-end movement of materials from vendors to project sites.
- Plan dispatches based on project priorities and site requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, site teams, project managers and stores.
- Track material dispatch, transit and delivery status.
- Ensure timely delivery across multiple cities/sites
