Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Work on custom development (Apex, LWC, Aura, integrations)
- Support production issues, enhancements, and AMC activities
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
- Ensure high-quality code, performance, and scalability
- Support release deployments and critical go-live activities (including weekends if required)
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders onsite
Required Skills:
- 3–4 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Solid expertise in:
- Apex, Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- APIs & integrations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (preferred)
- Understanding of data models, security, and sharing rules
- Exposure to deployment tools (CI/CD, Change Sets, DevOps)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience on support projects
- Exposure to OmniStudio (added advantage)
- Prior experience in Wealth Management / Financial Services domain
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Client has an expectation to migrate to OmniStudio in future. So hands-on experience is required rather than just exposure. At least 1 resource should have this skill in addition to everything else you have mentioned. This particular resource should have 5+ years of experience.
