About the Role

Techeon IT Services is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales & Sales Enablement Manager with solid experience in a Digital Marketing Agency environment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing services, strong proposal and pitch-deck creation skills, and the ability to support the sales team from discovery and requirement gathering through proposal submission and commercial closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client discovery calls to understand business, marketing, and growth requirements.
- Work closely with Sales/BD teams to develop digital marketing solutions and strategies based on client requirements.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, pitch decks, SOWs, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Create and maintain sales collateral including case studies, service decks, one-pagers, capability presentations, and proposal templates.




- Develop proposals covering multiple digital marketing services and recommend the right service mix based on client objectives.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to validate scope, timelines, resources, pricing, and commercials.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, client questionnaires, and proposal requirements.
- Maintain a centralized repository of proposals, case studies, credentials, and reusable sales content.
- Conduct competitor/service research and continuously improve proposal quality and sales collateral.
- Support sales presentations and client meetings with relevant digital marketing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct internal sales enablement sessions and keep the sales team updated on digital marketing offerings.

Digital Marketing Knowledge Required

- Google Ads / PPC / Search Engine Marketing
